If you didn't do anything significantly differently in eating or activity, it's just water retention related to hormone cycles, not fat regain. Hang in there, it'll drop off again without you doing anything special.
Bunches of different things can cause water weight fluctuations, monthly hormone cycles only one of the them. Whatever the trigger, the water fluctuations (which can be several pounds overnight sometimes!) will play peek-a-boo on the scale with fat loss. Your fat loss will show up in average weight loss rate from the same relative point in one menstrual cycle to the next, or something like that: Multi-week.
While you're patiently waiting to see your good work show up on the scale, think about reading this, if you haven't done so yet:

Especially read the article linked in the first post of that thread. It's informative, may be calming.

As said above, it's just water retention, it'll come off. You might want to use a weight trending app like Libra or Happy scale to help you see through the fluctuations.
Weight loss is not linear, the best you can do is accept that reality as soon as possible ๐1 -
Agree with Ann and Lietchi and adding only that we always comment that these monthly fluctuations occur only for women who still have periods, but I actually noticed them into menopause (mine was chemically induced so I might be odd that way). Iโve stopped paying attention now, but I wonder if there are any cyclical variations even now - perhaps slighter, but still regular.0

Honestly I wouldn't worry about a few pounds showing up at some point in your menstrual cycle. I have observed that I 'gain' weight the week leading up to my period. This month the scale went up 4 pounds. A day or two after my cycle started that weight came right off.0
