Sure, you just log it like any other food.0

I just log it with the meal I am having — so under breakfast I would log whatever I ate and also the coffee and oat milk. Coffee itself has no calories so what you really care about is the sugar and the milk. To be accurate I would weigh the oat milk on a kitchen scale (you can do so in g or ml) and then record the calories based on what the nutrition info says calculated by how many servings of the milk you put in your coffee. Same for sugar — record how many g you added to the coffee.
To weigh easily pour the coffee in the mug and put it on the scale, hit tare so it says 0. Add sugar and record grams added, hit tare again so it goes to 0, add milk and record the g added
