Do the workout routines in this app show videos of each workout or just a description

    The few things I've looked at in the "Workout Routines" part of the app did have either a video for the whole workout, or individual videos for at east some individual exercises, or a combination. I'd expect others do, too, but I don't know for sure. I also haven't actually used those workouts, just dipped into see what that area looked like, so I can't give you more detailed review.
