Back from Vacation

Hey People!

I was on Vacation last week (skiing) and decided to not track my intake in this period of time. It would've been a lot of effort because I ate a various of different foods which I partly didn't even Really know and I also knew I was going to eat enough anyway.

Skiing made me see some muscle gain pretty shortly after starting again (I usually only ski on our vacation) and I was very happy and proud of that.
Unfortunately I got sick and couldn't continue with my progress and I also lost my appetite for a while. It was very sad because I was looking forward to this vacation for such a long time and I couldn't enjoy it that much and spend most of my time in bed.

I'm already doing a bit better and also back to tracking my calories.
