Back again, not really "new"

Have used Mfp off and on over the years. Know how losing weight works but consistency has need lost from time to time. Have been mostly inconsistent the past 3 years after losing 50 in 2014 then maintaining it for a while.

Got back on track a couple of months ago and down about 7 pounds in that time. My husband has restarted his own weight loss journey and we are planning, prepping meals together. I've been counting on a spreadsheet or notepad, but really liked the community aspect of MFP so I'm back.

150.8, 5'5", 48 year old female. Desk job but I walk some midday and treadmill some at home. Walking a half marathon next Saturday and then planning to work on running. Wish to get back to a fitness level of running 45-60 minutes a few times a week. Fitbit user but will log my cardio because my Versa 3 is overly generous on calories burned.

Always interested in adding friends who are on their own journey.

    It sounds like you're on target to build your fitness and are taking care to plan to fuel your body in a healthy way, and not eat to much of all that healthy food. That's how it's done! You can do it; just set good goals and stick to it!
