has anyone used meal replacement shakes? opinions?

I have tried and tried and tried to make a smoothie and I never make them yummy. So I started buying the Weight Watcher smoothie. YUM! I like the chocolate and French vanilla, I always put a banana, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 c water in it then go from there. The Chocolate one is yummy with banana and peanut butter, or banana and mint, the French vanilla is yummy with banana, and coconut flavor, or banana, pine apple and coconut flavor. For the most part I have it for breakfast and it fills me up.0

I start work at 7am on weekdays. Some days I just can't drag myself out of bed, so I don't have time to prepare anything. Its nice to be able to grab a shake and go.
My personal favorite pre-made shake is Ensure Butter Pecan. Its 250 calories, has a good amount of vitamins and minerals, plus 9 grams of protein.0
