6 weeks ago I decided to do something about my weight. I was 251 (not quite the highest I've been. That was around 260). Now I'm 234. The thing is, I'll get to around 215/220 and I'll stop. I know this from previous attempts. The closest I've gotten to breaking the 200 barrier is 207.2 and then it all started sliding back on. I want to smash the 200 mark in the quickest and healthiest way. I'm so over being over 200lbs. So, any ideas, tips, success stories you'd like to share?

Find foods that replace the high cal foods. Tell me what you like and maybe I can make some suggestions?

Also, find a form of exercise you like. I run. That's it. I don't do squats or sit ups or anything else. I just run - slow and steady and happily. If walking's your deal, awesome. If you like to hoola hoop, get those hips moving. Whatever it is, if you like it, you'll do it.

First, find the number of calories you can eat each day (do not use the MFP calculator....go to scooby workout and use the TDEE/BMR method) and eat that number of calories each day.

Second, drink water....all day long....as much as you can to flush out your system (and it makes you skin lovely :) )

    Third, walk

I started in February at 204....that's exactly how I started....it will work....you will be happy with results....:)
PS....I was hoping your ID means you are a Cincinnati Reds fan :) I know I am and the ID alone got my attention :drinker:
