How do I find responses to threads I’ve posted without going back through everyone’s posts?

On the website, look in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Next to the image that's your profile picture is a little bell. Click on that and you'll get a list of all the topics you've posted to. You can click on 'em one at a time, or click near the bottom of the short list where it says, "All Notifications." This will open a page with all the new replies, 30 per page.
For threads that you started, there's a set of Quick Links on the right, and one is "My Discussions." That's things you started.
You can also put in bookmarks. There's a little thing near the top of a thread page that looks like a ribbon or... a bookmark. Click that. Then the quick link of "My Bookmarks" takes you to a list of bookmarked topics. That's good if you want to follow something and aren't ready to post to it yet.1 -

Only of the setting is active for getting notifications when people post on that you've posted on, no?
I'm not sure if that setting is standard or not.
OP: if you follow these instructions, there's also a little slider at the top to go to the notification settings, to check if they suit you.

I think THOSE settings are whether or not you get a pop-up notification. I can check on new content on any post I've added to by clicking the bell icon on the web page.
