Ability to add a title or description to a 'Quick add' entry.

At present if I do a 'quick add' it simply lists as 'Quick add' in my food diary, its hard to remember what it referred to when looking back later or if I share the diary with someone. Would like the ability to do a quick add, set the calories or the macros, then be able to change the title to say "Lamb chops ready meal" etc.
