40 years old and 46lbs to lose.
COVID, appendicitis, anxiety and another *kitten* relationship have not helped losing any weight or getting fitter again ( great excuses, I know) but at least I've made it through them and back to where I stopped last time.
I've had a great start this time with meticulously logging everything I eat and drink (I even weigh my jelly babies 🤣) and exercising every day (still scared off the gym so it's swimming 20 minutes 5 days a week, just dance on the switch and yourshape fitness evolved on the Xbox. It seems to work well so far.
