I havent lost any in 2 weeks. Working out 4 days a week and tracking food and staying within range.

    Give it 2 more weeks. If no loss by then you’ll need to get back into a calorie deficit. Very slight chance you’re adding muscle if you’re weight training however more times than not after 4 weeks it means you’re at maintenance calories.
