I am new to this I just want to introduce myself. My name is Ana I’m 40 happily married .. I’m just on here to lose weight. I’ve been doing clean keto & intimetting fast don’t mind me I can’t spell for *kitten*.. I do go to gym say like three times a day but it seems like I’m very stubborn when it comes to food I eat healthy sometimes but I can’t get what I want to weigh like 155lbs and I’m really trying to eat healthy but it’s just so difficult for me. I have menopause and I have some self image you know what I mean so if anybody can help me out with the things I can eat stay away from a walk I really appreciate it.
