Just saying hello

I have lost 90 lbs with another system I still have 58 more lbs to drop but I am moving and doing a lot more so I think I might gain some muscel wiegt back then lose that and more.
My health coach say at my weight I need to take in about 1350 to 1500 calories and day low sugar good protein and carbs I am doing ok with them 2. fat is to stay 42 g a day and it seems I am always going a little over my calories I have a hard time taking in over 1300 now days.
Looking forward to tips and info to help along the way.
Today my workout was 4 hrs of fishing and loading and unloading the Jon boat which means pushing a 12 ft boat off the bank and then pull it out when done piece of cake 10 yrs ago, but with health problems and old battle injuries and age lol well you know.
but praise the creator of all life I am able to do it again but it's a real work out . Be blessed and enjoy the jounery.
Ps here's a note to help you see how much you have lost being 5 lbs or 100 start with bags of sugar 50 lbs 5 bags I could hold 9 but I needed a friend to stack them in my arms and the 20 lb turkeys were to much I was
looking at 5 for 100 lbs to remember I used to carry all that every step I took. Have a great

    Strangely enough, I am unable to pick up 60 lbs but that’s how much weight I’ve lost and kept off. We don’t realize how hard it is to carry additional weight. We don’t notice or feel that weight when it’s on us. We only notice that when it’s gone, we aren’t fatigued walking up a hill. Little things are different when we’re lighter.
