Getting rid of those last few inches.

I'm 5'1, and weight 112lbs. I'm looking to lose those last few inches, and tighten up. 112 might seem like not a lot, but I have a very very small frame, and those last few pounds look like a lot on me. I'm not concerned about losing any more weight, don't mind if i lose a few more, or gain a few from muscle mass! just trying to concentrate on tightening up my physique and losing some inches.
I know it's quite difficult to get to that point,especially for smaller women! Just wondering what worked for any of you? Any particular exercise regime, etc? I weight train 2x per week and cardio 3x per week, I know I need to up my strength training in order to get what I'm looking for...
But just trying to find out any dvds, (jillian, etc...) or particular regimes that could help! Detailed as you guys want!!
