Did Jillian Michaels help anyone lose those last few inches?

At my goal weight.. (or thereabout anyway) I don't mind if I lose a few more, or gain a few from muscle mass in the process, not really fussed! Just trying to concentrate on tightening up my physique and losing the last few inches.. Just wondering if any of the Jillian Michaels exercise regimes helped any one do this? I'm not talking about losing weight, or using it to shed a lot of fat still 40lb away from your goal weight... I mean using it purely for tightening up?

Thank you in advance for any responses!

I sure hope so!! I just started the 30 Day Shred today and my arms are like jello. It's gotta be doing something!

Oh - you can use the level one 30DS on you tube for free so you can see if you like it before you buy it.

I just started adding Hard Body to my weekly line up...if that doesn't get rid of my last ten, nothing will! It is very, um, challenging.
Otherwise, if 45 minutes is not your thing, combining Ripped in 30 with Six Week Six Pack, will do you very well.
    Good luck!

I was exactly where you are when I decided to start JM! I am not concerned with losing weight, my goal was to simply tone, tighten up, and hopefully get my stubborn belly into check. I finished 30DS about a week ago and started RI30 the next day. I was very pleased with my results from 30DS; I lost both inches and weight (only 5.5 pounds, but I wasn't actually expecting to lost anything and I really don't have a whole lot of extra to lose). I'm still not at my goal toning wise, which is why I started RI30. Based on the results I saw, I'd say yes, JM will help you tone. Hope this helps! :)

Thanks for the responses! Borrowed both of them off a friend and planning on starting RI30 tomorrow.. Don't see the harm in giving it a shot!

30 DS and RI30 are both fantastic. I had used them in the past (before I gained a bunch of weight recently) and it was the only time I've ever had any tone in my arms. I like to alternate between the two to give myself more variety.

I just started Body Revolution 3.5 weeks ago and have seen a very noticeable difference in inches. The best part of all of those DVDs is that it's hard to talk yourself out of a 20-30 minute workout! Have fun :)
