App freezes when trying to log food

Since the most recent iOS update myfitnesspal app has been freezing on me when I open it and/or when I log an item in. I have to close out the app and when I open it the item is logged, but this has been annoying. Will there be an update soon? is anyone else having this problem? I've been logging into the website to log instead.

    May be a bit late - but yes. As of last week I have to open and close several times just make an entry - beyond frustrating at this point. Looking do a new app.

    is it the app? not my phone?

    Having the same issue, it’s really frustrating. Will be leaving if it doesn’t improve
