New to the community

I have been using My Fitness Pal for a long time. I keep failing not because I do not know what to eat or how much to exercise, but because of the fact I do not have a support group. I am 65 years old and not real familiar with the whole technical part of message boards, but I would like to get used to it so I do have somebody to communicate with and supply support to them and get support in return.
