If you’re bored & have nothing better to do, maybe you could share a recipe or two that falls into the below 😇🙏

- No garlic
- No cheese
- No pork
- No fatty meats (marbled steak, chicken thighs, duck, etc)
- Definitely no organ meat
- No mayo, mustard, or ketchup
- No vinegar/pickled foods
- No alcohol
- No white sauces (Alfredo, etc)
- No sugar/maple syrup
- No shrimp, shellfish, or cod
- No Brussels sprouts, artichoke, eggplant, mushrooms, kohlrabi, water chestnut, parsley root, or cooked/pickled cabbage
- No cucumber/melon
- Minimal/melted/removed onion (no crunch)
- Minimal celery stalk

Can include:
- Lotus root, peas/pods, carrots, green beans, bean sprouts, any leafy greens, tomatoes, bell peppers, spicy peppers, chickpeas/hummus, squash (both summer & winter), potatoes, sweet potatoes, cilantro, any other herb, raw cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, celery root, radishes (the little red ones), beets, ginger, avocado
- Any fruit except melons, prickly pears, & mangoes
- Chicken breast, turkey breast, lean beef, venison, salmon, trout, tilapia, tuna
- Tomato-based pasta sauces (as long as they don’t have chunks of onion in them)
- Milk, yogurt, eggs
- Nuts, especially pecans, & seeds
- Honey, dates
