My name is Heather. I'm a 30 YO mom of 3. I previously had lost over 120 lbs but have since gained 100 back, due to getting clean/sober. I'm ready to get back to my heathy lifestyle. I miss how I felt, physically and mentally. I previously used WW , but wanted to try MFP. I am so excited for this new weight loss journey. Hope for much success for all of you, and myself as well. We got this.
