i ve been doing a deficit for a 2 months now , and still gaining bodyfat what do i do?

i did everything , cut carbs to 50exercise , lower the calories even more and still not seeing progresss.

    We need more details:
    - your stats (weight, height, sex, activity level, goal weight...)
    - how's much weight/fat have you gained?
    - how much are you eating?
    - do you exercise? Is that exercise new or not?

    Two months is a fair amount of time, so most likely you are not in a calorie deficit, but there is also the possibility you're retaining water: stress on your body from not eating enough, or water retention from exercise.
    We'll have a better idea if you give more info.
