My first tree weeks 👌💪

5’3 and start with 185 pounds!!
Intermittent fasting.. not food after 3 pm and just small snack at 7 pm cup green tea and I lost 10 pounds in tree weeks..❤️yoga 🧘‍♀️tree day’s week, strength exercise.. swimming and walk.
Currently 175 pounds 💪feeling energetic.Fasting 10/6! The best for you body.👍
