Diet Meals + Lots of Nutella w/in calorie goal)

Lately I've been eating those Weight Watcher Smart Ones or Healthy Choice microwaveable meals daily. They're low-cal and filling enough for lunch, but not dinner. Should I cut back? I've only been eating them because I've been feeling kind of lazy with cooking and it's sometimes hard to find healthy foods to prepare in my house. I need to get on my mom about buying more vegetables and boneless, skinless chicken and such. Is it okay to eat these meals often, or should I cut back?

Also, do you guys believe in eating anything you want, as long as it's within your calorie goals for the day? I've been finding myself eating nutella once or twice a day for snacking. Whether it's nutella and fruit, or a nutella sandwich, I've been eating it a lot lately (all within my calorie goals) but I was wondering if I shouldn't be? I know nutella isn't good for you, but is it okay in moderation? Should I cut it back to enjoying it once a week or so?

I also eat many of the healthy choice meals. I avoid the weight watchers however because they have less food. I've recently started eating what I want when I want it within moderation and while I can't say if it's working yet it not I can say I still had a small loss since I started it two weeks ago and that is with missing my walk for three days in row due to appointments and traffic jams and weather. No excuse on my part as I have a walking DVD.

I used to eat them but really... not a lot of food! You can eat better (and much less salty) for the same amount of calories really.

I do eat what I want within my calories but I try to have at least 1400 calories of more nutritious food (goal is 1650). So I'd say some nutella is ok but if you have like 300 calories of it every day, you might want to reconsider a little bit (and now you're making me crave some, but I've already had too much fat. Thanks LOL).
