My workout

Today I did a half hour walk on my treadmill. I pulled a muscle in my back over the weekend so it’s all I could do today. At least it’s something 🙂

    There are lots of stretching and/or pressure-point exercises you can do for a strained back. If it's truly a muscle there is no reason to let it go on.

    Go to Bob and Brad physical therapists on YouTube or Facebook and search for their back exercises.
