new to this app I've currently been using an NHS health tracker app but I'm looking for something more. I'm not new to diets but this time I'm new to healthier enjoyable eating if that make sense. Following the green yes red no system made me feel boxed in & give up. I've tried different fitness, gym nope not for me, boot camp - loved it but they closed, swimming - I am a water baby but then menopause hit me with excema really bad & can't go swimming until my skin heals, depressing as great for my arthritis. Then 12wks ago I found team body project, did the test & started real start, love it ! I've done so many routines now but I get stuck on mat time as I struggle to get down on the floor. Today was cardio compassion, loved it but movement compassion I struggled so I made my own set. I feel like I know what muscles are meant to be doing what. So press up to child's pose I did press up on a hip high counter & once back in to straight arm I arched my back to expand my spine. On pelvic floor & arms over head I basically did a squat rolling my pelvic floor while raising my arms and release, both, repeat. Guess I'm asking are my adaptations OK or is there something better ?
