Hi. Looking for connections for motivation, tips, like minded goals. I'll be 49 this year. Trying to get back to precovid/premenopause start weight of 130. I'm currently 164 and it's been a struggle. Working out everyday whether its gym, pilates or yoga or even just the track and bleachers. One day at a time kind of gym rat. 😊
