Like the title says I’m back at the grind once again. I’ve been super busy with work and school and I kinda been slipping with my eating. So I’m back to get back on track. This time I’m not trying to maintain but to lose some weight to get into the best shape I’ve been in a long time. So hopefully I’ll be here for a bit lol. If you wanna chat just add me and swing on over to talk. BTW I’m from Florida so outside cardio all the time is nice
