Weight loss stall

I’m on a Dr supervised 1,400 calorie a day diet. 125 carbs, 109 protein. I have lost 50 lbs slowly since I started in June 2022. I have stalled and not lost for the last two months. I exercise 3-4 times weekly. Drink the water. Getting down. Advice?

Congratulations on the great progress so far! How do you know that you are eating 1400 calories - are you weighing everything you eat on a scale and recording it in a log? If not, you may have been eating at a higher calorie level, but one still low enough to cause a deficit at your earlier weights. As you lose more weight it becomes more important to be accurate to ensure you are eating at a deficit rather than maintenance.
