New to group

Hi. I need some accountability. I used this faithfully ten years ago and lost my weight. Needless to say, I have gained it back and do not have the motivation to lose it. I’m 54 and drink too much Diet Coke with eating too many calories a day. 10 years ago I stuck to 1200 cal per day and was faithful about it if I ate more, I exercise that many more calories I’m looking for the same motivation.
