Show items in grams only (have the choice)

I've been tracking religiously for over 2 years now but the ONE thing that irritates the hell out of me is the MFP setting where most items show as ounces first - if they show as grams at all but that's another story. Does anyone know if I can default the search results to show items in grams only? I don't mean record it myself etc. Or show green ticked items only. A simple setting that will ignore anything that isn't already available in grams. Yes, I know I can scroll down but I want to save this step

    I'd love a filter for entries having 1gr or 100gr add a unit too, not sure if that's going to happen though.
    I don't think it's possible now.
