Daily calories remaining / over data from downloaded csv file?

I am tracking days that I am in a calorie deficit and am building a dashboard in Excel. I have downloaded the csv file package from MyFitnessPal, but I do not see where this data point is kept. The nutrition file breaks down all sorts of nutrients / macro information, but I just want the calories number over / under for each day. Please tell me this exists somewhere...

Our file export feature lets you export your meal level nutrition details, progress history, & exercise history. Premium users can use this to see their information in EXCEL and other data programs, perform custom analysis on their information, print out their information, or share their information with someone else (like a personal trainer). We recommend visiting this article for more information.

I am a premium user and I am already doing analysis of my data in Excel, but the day's calories over / under does not seem to be a data point that is part of the MFP export. This is one of, if not the main things that MFP is designed to track. How on earth is this metric something that is not part of the data? I cannot believe that I can track my calcium intake, but not whether I was in a calorie deficit on a given day. Am I just missing it or is it not there?

We send you three different files enclosed within your zip file.
    • Meal Level Nutrition Details - Calories, Macro And Micronutrients of logged foods summarized at the meal level
    • Progress History - Logged measurement entries such as weight, neck, waist and hip measurements.
    • Exercise History - Individual workouts, along with steps counts and all daily calorie burns (if you are using a tracker)

While it may not specifically indicate whether you are over or under your calorie goal for the day, calories consumed per meal are shown in the Data Export. If you'd like, you can add these up manually, and then refer back to your calorie goal to see if you're over or under for that day.

That being said, we do appreciate your feedback on this feature, and will bring it back to the appropriate team.
