Anyone have spoonful of fit recipes?

Hi there:

Many years ago I followed Crystal Martinez from Spoonfuloffit and her recipes were amazing. I am specifically looking for her recipes that had cellucor protein in them as those pancakes, mugcake, and others recipes were the best with that type of protein. She used to have a website however she took it down because it was not for her any longer. I should have saved/printed her receipes but I did not. If anyone would be willing to share them if they have them I would greatly appreciate it. She had a carrot cake mugcake recipe that was just amazing. Thanks in advance.

Have you tried searching online for cellucor protein or whey protein recipes?
