Hi I am new to the community, I am 69 years old, a mother of 4, and grandmother of 8. I have lost about 48 lbs and kept it off for 5 years I was 248. It seems to be trying to come back on. I am trying everything to keep it off. I need some new advice . I am tired of counting calories. Maybe someone can share something that works for them that is close to my age. I have used this program for many many years .

Hi, I am 61 and I find that weight creeps up when I don’t calorie count. I don’t like the need to calorie count or the counting. I’d rather count, though, and lose the 10 lbs than keep the weight on. I wish I could provide you an alternative that works.0
