Hi everyone.

I’m Jan and need support with my keto/IF eating plan. I’m very familiar with both plans, but my problem is planning meals and then sticking to them. I’m almost 84 and live alone in a senior community, so breakfasts, lunches and sometimes dinner out are part of my lifestyle 🫣. Suggestions please!

    Unless there’s a medical reason for you to want to follow that way of eating it sounds like you might do better being more flexible and instead just counting calories in and out? Perhaps even working more to a weekly average than worrying about one day being up or down depending on if you’re having a social meal?
