Received notice that my premium was canceled?

Received an email from Google play that my premium subscription would be canceled in July. No way to "resubsciribe" in Google Play.
Logged in via web, premium says 5 months premium, but no way to add back up or payment info so it doesn't lapse. What's going on? Why is my premium canceled as of July with no way to renew?
