I hear alot on different posts about cooking a "clean" meal or eating "clean". I don't really know what this means but I expect lots of you do. Just curious....
Thanks in advance.

I *think* it's eating foods in their natural state as in no processed foods, lots of fruits and veg.0

It means (for me) to eat with as little pre-processing as possible.
my idea of "clean eating" = no barcodes.0 -
pretty sure it means that if it doesn't come out of terra firma or have a momma, DON'T EAT IT0

i always liked hearing this tip on clean eating:
don't walk down the isles at grocery stores (most of them anyway) - all the good foods tend to be on the outer perimeter: dairy, produce, bakery, deli, etc.0
