Loss weight

I’ve been stuck with losing these last 5-7 pounds. Need help and advise on what to eat.

    Eat whatever you like, just about 250 calories less of it every day.

    ...and to add to what cmriverside said: patience, lots of patience. Those last 5-7 pounds will be slow.

    The last 5 lbs are difficult for me as well. I'm just kind of stagnating.

    The leaner you get, the harder fatloss becomes. It comes down to being in a deficit. If those last few just won't come off after a month or so then you're at maintenance and lowering calories or increasing activity or a combo of both is the remedy. If you're that close to your goal and eating less, permanently to keep the weight off will be uncomfortable then you need to ask yourself if it's worth it or not
