These are things I make that are filling, volume and much less calories than it looks. I dont have the exact recipes because they were j7st put together when made, but as you can see lots of vegetables, some seeds, mushrooms, etc.

Vegetarian chili with a mix of 3-4 different beans. I make it often in the slow cooker as a meal prep. 3 dry cups of beans (soaked overnight), one onion and 2-3 celery stalks - pre-sauteed, one large carrot, one large can of tomato puree, chicken broth, spices. A VERY filling portion is about 250 calories. It makes about 10-12 portions. It's ridiculous. The fiber in the beans is a great digestion helper. It's chock full of veg protein. Healthy complex carbs. Almost no fat, it all depends on how much you want to put in when sauteeing the onion. And it's fast and easy to make. My go-to meal whenever I have a loaded week at work, or don't feel much like cooking.

that does sound yummy - but not sure it fits the OP's request of 'not too spicy'

OP, anything with high content of non starchy vegetables and no more than small amount of dressing should work.

Evan a small omelette - I can make a 3 egg omelette with ham, cheese and various diced veg which comes in at 520 calories according to MFP recipe builder - but if you used one egg and went very light on the cheese or omitted it altogether and used more veg, you could get it for 300.

Every Sunday I grill a pound or two of seasoned chicken and then slice and chop it.

I can have half a pound in a low carb wrap with some tomatoes and lettuce for about 300 calories.

Great on top of a leafy salad, too.

Season it anyway you want. My preferences are Lawry’s, BBQ rub, honey aleppo, or blackening seasonings. This week though, I’ve found a nice spicy mango marinade that’s only 15 calories per serving. Changing it up!

    Vegan Chili
Sauteed 1 medium onion and (orange) bell pepper
Then add 3-4 cans of rotel with juice
Then add 3 cans of beans (I like chickpea, white beans, and black beans)
    Then 1 can of corn
    4 tablespoons of flour
    1 tablespoon of brown sugar
    4 tablespoons of nurtional yeast
    1 tablespoon of soy sauce
    Whatever spices you perfer
    2-3 cups of water
    = 182 Calories per cup

    Pizza mushrooms (also vegan)
6oz of baby bella mushrooms with the stem removed (small container you normally fine at the store)
    3 tablespoons of tomato paste
1/2 slice of violife smoked provolone cheese
    3/4 tablespoon of black olives
    = 134 Calories for all

Also I have a vegan chicken wrap that is 383 calories if your interested. :)
