My name is Mark. I'm new to this site, but unfortunately not new to trying to lose weight. I managed to get my weight down from 280lbs to 200lbs about 8 years ago, but since then my weight has been steadily going up, and now I am sitting at around 250lbs!
I've joined this site to track what I eat. I'm an awful snacker, and find myself eating due to boredom in the evenings. I'm relatively active, walking for two hours per day (to work and back). When I lost the weight before it was with a combination of walking, cycling, and lifting weights. I'm well into my forties now, so the thought of toiling under the bar fills me with dread, but walking and cycling I can do.
I love music, I love movies, and I enjoy DIY and woodwork.
