Hi, I have to competition dancers; age 15 and 11. My 11 year old is very picky with food. Just looking for some quick healthy recipes for after dance either on the stove, crockpot or Airfryer. They dance 5 days a weeks and most nights do not get home until almost 10pm. Have been making crockpots meals 4 days a weeks since September, but getting tired of the same thing. Thank you for your help!!

Travel sports Mom of 2 as well and the struggle is REAL. These chicken tenders keep really well in the fridge all week. I add it to salads or wraps. The kids like them reheated or cold with their favorite dipping sauce. The recipe is easy to size up or down.
