    I am in. I am more of a swimmer so will try tracking both!!

    9/1: 2 miles- walk
    9/2: 3 miles-walk
    9/3: 1.5 mile -swim-100 lengths/50 laps/ 2500
    9/4: 4.96miles - 3.76 walk, 1.20 swim- 80 lengths, 40 laps/ 2000
    9/5- 0
    9/6- 0
    9/7- 1.25 miles- swim- 84 lengths/ 42 laps / 2100

    :love: :love: Started one the mid part of Aug. I'm in again on my stationery bike and lawn mowing. I push mow about 1 1/2 acres once a week and will be biking everyday. Starting when I did in Aug. I got 75+ miles biking and three mowing. For someone that's sedentary that's a start.
