I have realised that loosing weight is a journey and it’s a journey of life of many milestones . So I am starting a weekly challenge . The journey is individual to all of us and what is common is the outcome . Can we try to loose 2 kg this week and come back and share what worked and if we couldn’t what we leant that we can take it forward for the next week
