@TwitchyMagee is correct about talking with your provider.
I can at least say this much however, as only relates to me. I have some occasional short term Tachycardia and occasional A-Fib episodes. When I get my heart rate up too high...more than 135 bpm it can trigger those episodes. This can be different for each individual depending on age and physical health, but you should ask your doctor for his advice on this issue. I kept a diary on my episodes so I could track the problems I was having which really helped me.
