Game On

Gonna be 50 next year. In shape the first half. Took up smoking and drinking in the second. Gave up smoking 6 months ago. cold turkey. Used a free phone app called Cessation Nation to get here. I recommend it.

Started lifting and walking the treadmill 6 months ago. I went from 3 treadmill miles a week to 20 miles currently. Weight has remained steady due to muscling up but I am now focusing on toning up and losing the fat suit.

Game ON!

    Hi welcome to MFP! I have a "Game On" attitude going for me right now too. Newbie to weight training but the treadmill is my bestie. My best advice is to log everything even the bad days...they're going to happen just keep on keeping on.

    ETA: I'm a Wisconsinite too! Happy Labor Day!
