Hi ive just joined as its basically now or never . I suceeded a few years ago and lost 6 stone with slimming world in 8 months , i then put it back on again having my litle girl.
Ive recently been diagnosed with curvature of the spine and arthritus in my spine too the pain is beyond a joke even morphine isnt helping :( .
So im hoping by losing the weight again it may reduce the amount of pain im in , i also hate the way i look always live in leggings and baggy tops i wanna look nice again .
My issue is not sweet stuff its savoury but today it stops ive had enough im a few years off 50 and i wanna live the rest of my life looking and feeling good again .

    I'm not sure what six stones is equal to, is it like a measurement of ancient Rome or something? That being said you have my support and i'm rooting for you!
