Otherwise, I would think it would create a weird gap from April to May that isn’t accounted for —except for at the very end of the challenge. I suppose.

I know my body & my first week is always a good loss. The 2nd week will slow down, sometimes even a small gain. Then things level out. For May I'm hoping for another 8 pounds. I would love to say 10 (2lbs per week) but I know myself & my eating habits & know that will be hard for me to achieve.0 -
