Hey y’all!

So I thought I would make use of this support system. I’m definitely not new to fitness pal so I know what I should do and what I should stay away from. I know my weaknesses and my strengths but I’ve had five operations in the last year with a total of 40 invasions on my body. So getting back into the gym takes time due to the healing process. I’ve been lifting since 2015 and I’ve been able to increase my bone density and stay away from osteoporosis medicines. I love helping people in the gym to have proper form and understand their limits to prevent injury.

My weakness…is tracking my food 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m hit and miss with this. Still trying to establish the habit! Not giving up. Not my character.
