"Skip the Search"

How do I get rid of the "Skip the Search" that is appearing between Lunch & Dinner on my Diary? I paid for Premium to get rid of ads and now MFP is advertising itself in the middle of my screen? Really? BTW, when I do use the Scan Barcode feature, I am finding fewer recognized products than I did 2 years ago. Why??
