"New" after a break from MFP and back fusion

Hi Everyone,
I am back to MFP after taking an extended break from daily logging. I had a 4 level spinal fusion and am now back to almost full strength and have been doing a ton of strength training, thanks to Ryan Hummiston's fantastic programs. Went in for my annual physical yesterday and everything is great except for my blood pressure so I am going to start logging food again to watch macros and mainly sodium. Also looking for some friends on here to make sure that I dont let them down and not follow the disciplined logging of my food. Lifting and cardio are fun for me, tracking my food is not. so, happy to be back.
