Not loosing much weight yet

Hi ive been on this site now for over a month only lost 2 pound even with only 1500 carories as my max target

    Depending on your gender, height, weight, age and activity level, half a pound a week is actually a really decent stable rate of loss to be proud of.

    If you want help to work out whether you could / should be losing faster, and how to do so then you’ll need to share a little more info with us and open your diary inviting feedback from those who’ve likely made all the same mistakes themselves before.
