Not new but returning

Hi guys, I'm Milly. I've use My fitness Pal to lose weight lots of times but once I've lost I tend to let bad habits creep back in. I lost 2 stone last Spring and then from October onwards I overate regularly, then Xmas so and so on bad habits came back. I'm back where I started nearly now πŸ™ˆ which is v depressing.
I need to get my head back in the game πŸ‘
I'm UK based female 38 and need to lose about 3 stone but am taking it 1lb at a time πŸ‘πŸ‘
